This apple tarte looks great. I love the links to autumn music. I too am busy in the kitchen today. I am making an apple cake. Yesterday prepared cauliflower soup. Delicious! I whisked it with the hand mixer and didn't add cream. It is a crisp sunny autumn morning here in upstate New York. Soon apple picking will start and I'll be off making apple sauce.
The cauliflower soup sounds delish. In fact this afternoon we are un gratin de chou-fleur (a cauliflower gratin) that we bought at our butcher shop. It was so good but had plenty of cream!! Yay for Sundays in the kitchen and for apple season 😊
I adore Picard and in fact today the hubs and I bought some apples at the Saturday market in Vanves so we can try to make individual tartes aux pommes tomorrow !!
We are starting to hear the crickets in our backyards. Are there crickets in Paris? If so, can you hear them? There's nothing like crickets to welcome me back to autumn.

I love Austin—I took the French hubs there last year and we had a great time. But yes I imagine 🍁 sweater weather🍁 is still a little ways off 😃

No crickets in Paris as far as I know! But there are a lot in the south of France
